AGCC is a 99 bed skilled nursing facility that offers Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing services for the elderly population of our community who need the added support of round the clock medical personnel. Our cheerful and loving service and assistance is especially geared to those patients that have lost the ability to do some or most of their activities of daily living. Our homelike environment offers resident centered care by a professional interdisciplinary team consisting of Nursing, Social Services, Activities, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Dietary and other ancillary support services.
